Below you will find information regarding the first team travel meet of the season. Please review carefully, as there are important notes and cost estimates included.

Key Notes

1. The first declaration deadline will be Wednesday, September 24, 2025 (three weeks from now).

   • At this stage, I will obtain an updated quote.

   • Families will then have the opportunity to finalize their declaration based on the confirmed number.

   • A five-day turnaround will be provided to submit the final declaration after the updated cost is communicated.

2. This trip is currently planned for all 13-over swimmers as of November 14, 2025.

3. An update regarding 12-year-old swimmers will be provided within the next week or so.

4. Qualifying standards have not yet been released but are expected to align with AAA standards.

Please note that all prices are estimates and subject to change until final numbers are confirmed.

Estimated Price (based on 36 swimmers): $1,944.94

Price Breakdown

1. Land Price – $1,076.81

   • Accommodation (4 nights)

   • Meals (4× Breakfast, 3× Lunch, 4× Dinner)

   • Coach transportation & driver gratuity

2. Air Price – $700.00

   • Use of personal points is permitted but must be communicated in advance.

3. Manulife All-Inclusive Travel Insurance – $56.00

   • Includes cancellation, medical, and trip interruption for all participants

   • Includes medical and trip interruption for adult chaperones under age 60

4. Estimated Entry Fee – $112.13

   • Based on last season’s average; exact cost will depend on individual events entered
