Training & Communication Agreement

I understand that by registering my swimmer for this program, I am agreeing to the training and competition schedule set out by the Head Coach and the training sets laid out by the swim group coach. 

I respect and understand that the Head Coach and individual swim group coaches are balancing their time across all swimmers in their groups or program as well as designing practices and analyzing results to achieve swimmer goals.  In recognition of that, if I have questions about the training program, training goals and/or competitions, I will communicate through email or schedule a meeting.

Coaches will respond to emails and setup meetings in a timely fashion, recognizing that there are some times in the competition calendar that are extremely busy. They will aim to respond within 3 business days.
