AAA Provincial Championships

Please see attached the meet package, session report, psych sheet, and entries for the upcoming AAA Winter Champs meet at the Dalplex from Friday, March 07 to Sunday, March 09.

Session 1 (Friday PM) -- Please wear your BLACK team shirt

• Arrival @ 3:30 PM
• Arrival for relay only & non-competing @ 5:00 PM
• Warm up @ 4:00 PM
• Meet Start @ 5:00 PM
• Approximate Finish Time @ 7:30 PM

Session 2 (Saturday AM) -- Please wear your WHITE team shirt

• Arrival @ 7:30 AM
• Warm up @ 8:00 AM
• Meet Start @ 9:00 AM
• Approximate Finish Time @ 11:30 PM

Session 3 (Saturday PM) -- Please wear your BLACK team shirt

• Arrival @ 3:30 PM
• Warm up @ 4:00 PM
• Meet Start @ 5:00 PM
• Approximate Finish Time @ 7:30 PM

Session 4 (Sunday AM) -- Please wear your WHITE team shirt

• Arrival @ 7:30 AM
• Warm up @ 8:00 AM
• Meet Start @ 9:00 AM
• Approximate Finish Time @ 11:30 AM

Session 5 (Sunday PM) -- Please wear your BLACK team shirt

• Arrival for @ 3:00 PM
• Warm up @ 3:30 PM
• Meet Start @ 4:30 PM
• Approximate Finish Time @ 6:55 PM

Session Notes

• Spectators must remain in designated areas.
• Please show your Swim N.S bag tag for quick access through the reception gate.
• The shallow end will be available for continuous warm-up and warm-down throughout the meet.
• Swimmers must check in with a coach before leaving the pool deck for any reason.
• All swimmers are required to attend all sessions -- if you have a conflict please reach out to your group coach.
• Awards will be presented immediately following each event on the diving platform. 
• A canteen will be available courtesy of HTAC.

What to Bring

• Swimsuit
• Trojan Cap (and spares if available)
• Goggles (and spares if available)
• Towel(s)
• White and Black Trojan Shirt (and/or other team apparel)
• Water Bottle
• Snacks

Expectations

• Values: Trojans are expected to demonstrate our three core values on and off the deck. Swimmers who fail to follow these values may be removed from the swim meet at the Head Coach's discretion.
  • Respect - Trojan's will show respect for the facility, teammates, staff, competitors, volunteers & officials, self, and all others.
  • Support - Trojan's will work to help, uplift, and motivate each other in the capacities that we are able to.
  • Compete - Trojan's will give our best effort in and out of the pool
• Garbage: All garbage will be put in the designated garbage cans/bags. No mess will be left on deck.
• Cheering: Swimmers will gather on deck for the team cheer at the designated time (please review the attached Cheer Card). and HTAC swimmers will cheer on all HTAC swimmers in the water.
• Phones: Phone's are to be kept in swim bags unless swimmers are contacting their family, or listening to music. Swimmers using their phones on deck for other reasons will be asked to put their phones away.
