Session Notes

• Facility Access
  •  
  • All athletes and spectators must enter/exit Dalplex through the main doors and check-in with facility staff.
  • Those with Swim NS bag tags can show those to the staff to gain quicker access.
  • All spectators must remain in the designated spectator areas – the pool deck is reserved for swimmers entered in the meet, registered coaches and volunteers/officials working the designated session.  
  • Parking passes are required to park in the Dalplex Parking lot on Friday only.
• B-Finals
  • B finals will take place for each event, by age group if there are 20 or more swimmers after the first scratch deadline. Based on the current entry list there will be NO B finals in the following events (reflected in this version of the Session Reports).

  • Friday finals:

    Events 7-8, 12 & U girls and boys 200 Free

    Events 9-10, 12 & U girls and boys 50 Fly 

    Events 11 & 12,  all age groups

• Awards
  • Medals will be presented throughout finals for 1-3^rd place in each event on the diving platform following each race. Swimmers are reminded to wear a shirt for their presentation, if they can’t make it, please send another swimmer that can pick up their award on their behalf. These will be taking place during the competition.
• Other
  • Merchandise: Can be picked up by a team rep from the hospitality room (classroom). Evolution Gear will be set up on Friday & Saturday at the old lobby/reception area on the upper level.
  • Officials: Timers and officials are still needed to help us run a great meet – please email availability and preferred position to: Kelley: kelley@polycorp.co
  • Results: Unofficial live results will be available on meet mobile.

Expectations

• Values: Trojans are expected to demonstrate our three core values on and off the deck. Swimmers who fail to follow these values may be removed from the swim meet at the Head Coach's discretion.
  • Respect - Trojan's will show respect for the facility, teammates, staff, competitors, volunteers & officials, self, and all others.
  • Support - Trojan's will work to help, uplift, and motivate each other in the capacities that we are able to.
  • Compete - Trojan's will give our best effort in and out of the pool
• Garbage: All garbage will be put in the designated garbage cans/bags. No mess will be left on deck.
• Cheering: Swimmers will gather on deck for the team cheer at the designated time (please review the attached Cheer Card). and HTAC swimmers will cheer on all HTAC swimmers in the water.
• Phones: Phone's are to be kept in swim bags unless swimmers are contacting their family, or listening to music. Swimmers using their phones on deck for other reasons will be asked to put their phones away.
